Construct a balance:
In the left-hand container rests [a] ‘responsibility’; in the right-hand container rests ‘promiscuity’. [b]
The heavier of the two forces the other up which tips into the ‘Love shute’.
‘Responsibility’ pours down – and at breakneck speed spirals up past ‘promiscuity’ to tip back in the ‘responsibility’ container. There is no way in which the ‘promiscuity’ container will ever rise up – other than to turn around the ‘Love-shute’.
Promiscuity and responsibility are the two ends of a pivoted rod: but nonetheless only one can have authority at single moment. There is no opportunity for compromise.
